Fariborz Kamkari
Fariborz Kamkari was born in Iran, of Kurdish heritage. He burst onto the international film scene in 2002 with ‘Black Tape’, an experimental feature that won plaudits at international festivals and followed this with another festival hit, ‘Forbidden Chapter’ in 2005. He is the founder of Kurdia Films and a partner at FARoutFILMS.
